The salesman assured me that I would have my cash deposit returned at the end of the day if I did not buy the car, "We just need it to start the paperwork and get financing quotes" When the end of the day came and we did not agree on my purchasing the car I was told, "Sorry, your money was accidently put in our safe and we can't open it." I talked to the manager, and explained that I had been told three times by this salesman that for sure I would have the deposit returned at the end of the day. The manager blew me off and was rude, and neither he, the salesman, or the finacing woman would speak to me. Earlier they had sure been friendly. Now it was, "Maybe we can mail it you..." Yeah right, Quite the scam they have going there. Thieves and liars. They are no different then a thief breaking into a car and stealing money.
